3Course Access & Licensing
When you purchase a course, Basecamp AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and complete that course for your own personal learning.
- Lifetime access. Once purchased, you can access the course material for as long as Basecamp AI operates and offers that course.
- Personal use only. Course content is for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or used to train AI models.
- No redistribution. Downloading, copying, or redistributing course videos, worksheets, or any other materials is strictly prohibited.
4Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Your purchase price is locked in at the time of checkout.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@basecampai.org and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of abuse of this policy.
5Intellectual Property
All content on Basecamp AI — including course videos, written lessons, graphics, frameworks, and the Basecamp AI name and logo — is the exclusive property of Basecamp AI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to learn from the content, not to own or reproduce it.
6User Conduct
When using Basecamp AI, you agree not to:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or course access to another person
- Reproduce or publicly display course content without written permission
- Use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download course materials
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
